The most difficult part of him is pronunciation of his name aRgHaYa (Sanskrit) Variant of argha ("argho" pronounced in bengali) (from the verbal root arh to be worthy, deserve) As an adjective, venerable, deserving; as a noun, an oblation reverently offered to Gods or exceptionally worthy human beings and consisting of flowers, water, rice, and durva grass; also the container or vessel in which the libation is made. In short an offering worthy enough to be give to the God.

Professionally aRgHaYa is a self driven & motivated individual with 10+ years of experience in Consultative & Solution Selling including channels and partner management in IT Product & Services Business.

aRgHaYa's core competency lies in solution selling, large account management, customer satisfaction, managing CXO level relationships, business planning, revenue & pipeline management, partner & alliance management and bid management for large government tenders in geographies like India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Srilanka.
