A: To ensure genuine intent. Free job portals often get millions of spam applications. The nominal ₹200 helps us keep our database clean of bots and unserious candidates, ensuring that employers actually look at your profile. Q: Is the ₹200 a one-time payment or monthly? A: It is a one-time lifetime registration fee. Once you pay ₹200, you are registered with Arghaya forever. However, to access "Priority Shortlisting" or "Video Resume" features, you may need a subscription. Q: Is the ₹200 refundable if I don't get a job? A: As per our Terms & Conditions, the registration fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of profile verification, database management, and access to our portal. We guarantee you access to jobs, not the outcome of the interview. Subscriptions Q: What is the difference between ₹200 registration and a paid subscription?
