Agreement: By registering on Arghaya (paying the ₹200 fee or subscribing to a plan), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older. You must provide genuine, verifiable information. Fake resumes will lead to permanent ban without refund. 2. The ₹200 Registration Fee This is a service fee for account activation, profile hosting, and job matching. Strictly Non-Refundable except in the case of a duplicate payment error (proof required). We reserve the right to change this fee in the future, but existing registered users will not be charged again. 3. Subscription Plans Subscriptions (e.g., ₹499/3 months) auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry. No refunds for partially used subscription periods (e.g., if you get a job on day 2 of a monthly plan). 4. Job Placement Disclaimer Arghaya acts as a facilitator, not an employer. We do not guarantee job placement. Your success depends on your skills and interview performance. We are not responsible for any illegal demands (money for job) made by third-party recruiters using our platform. Report such cases to contact@arghaya.com immediately. 5. Prohibited Conduct Posting fake job listings (by employers). Using bots or automated scripts to apply. Harassing other users. 6. Limitation of Liability Arghaya (including directors, employees) shall not be liable for any loss of income, data, or reputational damage arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid by you (₹200 or subscription cost) in the last 6 months. 7. Termination We can terminate your account if you violate these terms. No refund will be issued. 8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/District]. 9.
